Rellok RSF 620 Floor Saw
DESCRIPTION
The fully-hydraulic floor saws are designed for maximum performance combined with maximum user comfort. All of the machine‘s working functions (cutting shaft drive, blade excavation and lowering, drive system, steering system) are driven by an efficient hydraulic unit.
The drive motors are mounted on an extremely torsion resistant U-frame, and are mounted in rubber to reduce unhealthy vibration. An intelligent protection function switches off the engine in case of malfunction, protecting the unit from possible damages.
A standard feature is the powerful auxiliary hydraulic, for connecting additional equipment like a slurry suction device.
All control functions are electrical or mechanical. There was no need to use maintenance-intensive cables.
There is easy access to all maintenance and service areas, through the side covers that can be removed without using tools. Also the coarse and fine filter cartridges of the dry air filter can be exchanged or cleaned without the need for tools.
The hydraulic oil level and the temperature are readable from the outside via a combination display.
The machines can be transported on a 2.4 m long trailer (without blade guard).
FEATURES
- Rotation direction of the blade is switchable, changing of the blade side is simply achieved by swivelling the blade drive console.
- Blade adjustment to the longitudinal axis of the machine with only one screw (offset compensation reduces the friction on the blade body and increases the cutting performance and feed)
- Excavation and lowering of the blade drive console by hydraulic cylinder, no mechanical parts such as spindle
- All control and monitoring functions in the view and reach of the
operator - Tilt of the control panel adjustable by the operator
- Swivel chair and steering wheel are adjustable from left to right
- Armrest on the operator’s seat, with integrated feed control
- Steering angle visible from the operator seat
- Generously sized foot space with non-slip coating
