Rellok RSF 90 Floor Saw
The RSF 90 is a compact floor saw for light cuts and repair jobs in asphalt or concrete surfaces. In designing the machine we paid special attention to stability and durability. This makes the RSF 90 suitable as small equipment for the fleet of professional cutting services or tool rentals.
The concrete saw is powered by the time-tested Honda GX-390 petrol engine with a low-maintenance cyclonic air filter. Power is transmitted to the cutting shaft directly through the V-belt. The cut depth and removal are adjusted via low-maintenance linkage. The generously sized crank handle is located directly within the operator’s reach and features a mechanical lock to prevent accidental adjustment. An adjustable display with easy to read scale is used to control the depth of the cut.
The height adjustable sliding handle is quadruple rubber-cushioned for particularly low vibration. The grip panel features a built-in emergency shut-off and tool holders.
The guide adjustment is extra sturdy and features a roller guide. When changing cutting sides the guide tip can simply be switched over. Petrol and water tank inlets are accessible at all times. The water tank features a very large filler opening and a handle makes it easy to transport. The water tank support has a frame-style design. This eliminates the need for additional retention through the use of straps or similar.
A trapezoidal blade guard bracket alleviates attaching the guard. The front portion of the blade guard can be flipped up to make cuts close to walls or curbs.
