CHAIRMAN - CEO
Lloyd has more than 40 years experience in the Diamond Tool and Construction industry. He has been a pioneer to the industry throughout Asia Pacific.
Lloyd is regarded as a senior authority in the region and has contributed significantly to the industries dramatic growth over recent years. A passionate person with a penchant for innovation and excellence.
Gail Williams
DIRECTOR
Gail Williams has 30 years experience in the diamond tool industry associated with the construction industry with the main focus being on customer service and marketing. Lasting relationships have been formed over this period with the client’s needs always given top priority.
Gail has organized many exhibitions, company related special events as well as corporate profiling in the Asia Pacific region and has always been part of an energetic and talented team to ensure that corporate image is appropriately portrayed in the marketplace.
Darren Williams
Business Development Manager
Darren has had extensive industry experience in Sales, Product Management and Training, throughout South East Asia and is a very valuable addition to the team.
His role is to further “grow sales” by working with the Franchisee’s and specific Industry groups on behalf of the Franchisee’s.
Darren is based in Traxx HO in Port Melbourne.
Stuart Smith
Master Franchisee. Queensland
Stuart has been involved in the Diamond Tool and Construction equipment industry for over 18 years.
For the past 10 years he has helped establish what is today Australia’s largest Diamond Tool supplier. His most recent role was that of National Sales Manager where he played an integral part in the company’s success. He has also had prior involvement with the well established Pirtek and Enzed franchise systems as both owner and operator.
Dianne Eade
Master Franchisee. South East Asia
Dianne Eade has worked within the diamond tool section of the construction industry for 20 years primarily in customer service management where her focus has been on ensuring customer support systems and communications are constantly strengthened in order to satisfy the customer’s requirements. Dianne has extensive practical and hands on experience as a result of her involvement with customers throughout the Asia Pacific region. A person with energy and passion, Dianne believes in a “can do attitude” and the importance of developing strong customer relations.
Mark Snoad
Master Franchisee. SA, NT and Tasmania.
Mark Snoad began his career in the construction and diamond tool industry in 1985 with hands on experience as a professional concrete cutter and manager of operations with a large successful concrete cutting company.
In 1990 he held an executive sales position with Mercedes Benz gaining outstanding sales achievements and receiving the highest of industry sales accolades.
In 2003 he moved to a BMW dealership serving as a senior sales manager developing retail sales and marketing strategies, overseeing and managing a highly aggressive team of sales executives.
In January 2007 he rejoined the construction products industry with a large global company in Australia in the senior position of National Retail Sales and Distribution Manager responsible for retail sales across a diverse product range, leading efforts to capitalize on long term growth opportunities with key customer segments.
Jason Jamieson
Master Franchisee, New South Wales.
Jason has been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years. He first worked in sales for a national rental company and then moved into the diamond tool and construction equipment industry two years later. As a state sales manager for a global leader in the industry over the past 7 and 1/2 years Jason has played an integral part in the achievement of state sales targets and the development of the sales team. Jason is passionate about the provision of outstanding customer service and after sales support.
Justin Berry-Smith
Master Franchisee, Victoria
Justin has been involved in the Diamond Tool and Construction Industry for over 15 years. He has a wealth of experience having worked in many of the different facets including Warehouse, Customer Service, Hands On (Professional Concrete Cutter and Surface Prep) and Sales. Justin’s practical knowledge of the industry enables him to relate well with customers as he knows firsthand their requirements and expectations.
Shane Moller
State Sales Manager. Western Australia
Shane has extensive experience in sales, service and marketing, within the Diamond Tool industry, with over 10 years of current service in various roles. Shane has a reputation for simply getting the job done, with a minimum of fuss and maximum satisfaction of all involved.
Shane is able to offer you the best service and advice on our Traxx products and services.
Jamie Stamp
Franchisee NSW North Shore
Jamie has spent the majority of his working life in the plant and machinery hire industry. Roles in management and sales have given him a great insight in to satisfying the requirements of a wide variety of clients from many industries.
His last role involved the start up of a new hire company in Perth that has now becoming a force in the Western Australian marketplace.
Jamie moved to NSW in early 2010 to pursue a new career after he was told of the Traxx CP franchise opportunities. From being a customer in WA and getting great results from the TRAXX product, he is now looking forward to promoting Traxx CP and the extensive range as a franchise owner.
